At Pulsetto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. All products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
